Returns & Exchanges


Cold Gold accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email info@coldgold.coSolid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order.

*Cold Gold will reimburse or pay for return shipping ONLY in the event that we have erred. For example: if Cold Gold were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry. If you wish to return your item, you will be charged a minimum of P500 for shipping and handling.*

Cold Gold products are guaranteed under our ONE-TIME-RETURN Policy - If it fades, breaks, or tarnishes within the 30-DAY GUARANTEE, we will replace or repair it FREE of charge to you ONE time only. The second time, and so on afterward, there is a P1000 repair fee. You will also pay shipping and handling.

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered final once Proof of Payment is submitted or the order has already been shipped out. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made jewelry. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by Cold Gold Urban Jewellery. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. Message us via our email with the subject as Return Item and state the reason why. Send it to info@coldgold.co
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process.
